Your contribution helps cover space, materials, and instruction, and keeps the club running sustainably.

💰 Pricing Structure (per 2-hour session)

• £15/week (£7.5/h) – Support Rate (available by request, if cost is a barrier)

• £20/week (£10/h) – Reduced Rate

• £30/week (£15/h) – Standard Rate (helps sustain the club and supports others)

• Or a custom amount above the £15 per 2h session.

👉 Fees are collected monthly (4 sessions). Please calculate your monthly total before paying.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Discount

We want to make family learning affordable (examples below based on support rate):

• Standard approach: Parent pays full, child pays half (approx. 75% of two places).

  • Example: £15 + £7.5 = £22.50 per week (£90/month)

• If two parents attend with one child: Pay for two places, and the third spot (second parent or child) is free.

  • Example: 2 × £15 = £30 per week (£120/month)

(This way families aren’t penalised for wanting to join together, but the club also covers its core costs.)

📅 Payment Timing

• Payment is collected monthly in advance (e.g., pay for October sessions at the start of October).

• Once a term has started, fees are non-refundable.

  • We’ll always aim to be fair, but if you stop attending mid-month, we can’t replace your spot at short notice.
