Health & Safety Policy
Coding Club sessions involve using laptops, electronics, and small hardware kits (e.g. sensors, microcontrollers).
Participants must handle all equipment responsibly and follow instructions given during sessions.
Drinks and food should be kept away from electronics and shared kit.
Adult participants are responsible for their own safety.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their child at all times during Parent & Child sessions.
If you or your child have any allergies, accessibility needs, or health concerns, please let us know in advance via the sign-up form.
In case of emergency, follow the instructions of the session leader and Woodville staff.
Refund Policy & Disclaimer
Refunds:
A full refund is available if you cancel before attending your first session of the term.
After attending the first session, fees are non-refundable. This applies to missed sessions or cancellations mid-term.
Disclaimer:
Coding Club is a project-based learning environment. While every effort is made to support participants, outcomes may vary depending on individual engagement.
Participants are responsible for bringing their own laptop unless otherwise arranged.
The organisers are not liable for loss or damage to personal equipment or belongings.

Term Dates: Current term dates are listed in the Google Sign-Up Form you received (please check there for the latest schedule).
Session Length: 2 hours each week, weekday evenings at Woodville Activity Centre.
